Can Amlopipine , Spironolactone And Chlorthalid Influence The Pregnancy Test Reading As No Periods 3 Mnths After Depo Shots?

Hello, I was on the depo for 9 month after stopping the shot I menstruated for 3 month. My cycle has not come on since October 25,13. I've taken 3 pregnancy test and they are all negative . I do take blood pressure medication. Amlopipine , spironolactone and chlorthalid, can this medications cause a false positive reading

Its likely to be due to time required for normal ovarian function to return back and start secreting oestrogen normally,
