Can Amoxicillin Cause Hives?

i took amoxicillin, from a recent dentist visit, now my upper inner thighs and my ballsack haves hives, maybe there was a bacterial infection there and that s why i now have hives there? the hairs there are sensitve and well, head/face/arm thigh hairs feels weird/sensitive (like static). what s going on? and what can i do to end it?
