Can Ampiclox And Ciprocin Prevent Pregnancy?

am Amaka,plz Doc,i had unprotected sex with my husband,after which I started taking ampiclox and ciprocin for weeks,firstly I had spotting for the first time before,after which my period came out heavier than before,plz was it because of the drugs that I take that made me nt to be pregnant because I did it on my ovulation days and I still took the drugs

Ampiclox and Ciprocin both are antibiotics and why you took these medicine is not mentioned in your question
however these antibiotics has no role in birth control and preventing pregnancy and your heavy periods may be just a side effect of these drugs (which is very rare ) or it may be related to some other issue such as hormonal imbalancing , birth controll pills (if you take it ) ,or any underlying medical condition and it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis

if your periods are too heavy than normal and you bleed longer than usual than i would strongly suggest you to see Your gynecologist , he/She may go for all necessary medical investigations to rule out any underlying medical condition
