Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can only be due interference with renin-angiotensin system alteration and electrolytes imbalance occasionally caused by approval that may present with such symptoms.

Get serum electrolytes tested and also the renal and liver functions as metabolic derangement may also present with the anorexia or alteration of taste etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
