Can Arimidex Taken By A Breast Cancer Patient Lead To Cervical Cancer?

I am currently taking Arimidex. I had a DCIS of the left breast. Had surgery the end of September, went through radiation and now have started Arimidex. I have been reading all the benefits of it along with some side effects. A friend of my husband told him this evening that you have to be careful taking this type of treatment - It may help with the breast cancer, but you could end up getting cervical cancer. I have been on line reading up on this and have not seen one mention of cervical cancer. Is this a true statement ? Could it cause cervical cancer
