Can Ascorbic Acid And MX3 Supplement Be Taken While On Tamoxifen?

Hi doc. I have stage 2 breast cancer. Diagnosed April 2014. I had 6 sessions of chemo and currently on tamoxifen. Right now Im taking 1000 mg ascorbic acid everyday and MX3 supplement. Is it ok to take these supplements?Does it lessen the effectiveness of tamoxifen? Thanks doc.

Hello,

You can safely take ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and MX3 supplement while you are on tamoxifen. It wont interact with each other or does not result in any adverse drug reactions.
