Can Astymin M Forte And Hermin Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hi! My wife is preganent about 31 weeks. After four sonography including colour Doppler now doctor says, baby weight is not good as a normal. EFW is 1.4kg when CGA is 30 week. Now doc prescribed her Astymin M forte once in a day, Fefol Z capsule once ina day, ecosprin75 once in a day, Hermin oral sachet once in a day and recently doc advised to take Alivher three in a day for a week. Is this proscription good for my wife while pregnancy?
