Can Atogla Cream Be Applied On Head Of A Child?

Sir, Warm wishes . My Child Ped Dr sir suggested for Atogla cream for total body including head . As he getting some red rashes for that he suggested and also baby is suffering with some type of dandruff patches on head and loosing the hair. Hence, he suggested to apply on head and body. But he got some redish pots on head on applying, coming to skin is ok. Please suggest weather it is ok to apply on head also. Thanks for ever
