Can Azee Intake Cause Severe Pain During Periods?

hai doctor,in my course of treatment my doctor adviced me for azee 500, bigomet sr, blong f, but today i got my period i have a lot of pain in my stomach (down part) last 2 years i don t have this pain, is this pain is for azee 500 , can you clarify my dought please.
