Can Azithral Be Given For Upper Respiratory Tract Infection In An Infant?

hi, My daughter of age 2.5 yrs is been suffering from fever of 99.4 degrees and also has cold and cough.Cough is observed only at night time but right now she is active...As the fever is been repeated can i use Azithral for Upper respiratory tract infection.Kindly provide with your reply.

It looks clearly that the child is suffering from an upper respiratory tract infections. You should take Azithromycin since it is safe for children and works will on upper respiratory tract infections.
