Can B12 deficiency cause a negative pregnancy result? I've just been diagnosed as having a B12 deficiency, and have yet to start my injections, however, my period is now 3 weeks late and my pg tests is coming back negative. I'm 36 yrs, 5,7 and 65 kgs

I understand your concern.
Severe generalised illness, stress(physical & mental) and even anemia can cause disturbance in menstrual cycle causing delay if not pregnant.
So, since you have Vit B12 deficiency it may be related to anemia. Hence please undergo basic investigations like haemoglobin and send report for further suggestions.
