Can BP Medication Cause Swelling In Feet And Legs?

i have a problem with my feet and legs swelling.they have been swelled for about six days.could you please tell me what the problem could be.i am 58 years of age.i am currently taking .2 mg clonidine 3 x a day for high blood pressure i have been taking this for 2 weeks now.i am also taking celexa 40 mg. 1 x a day.
