Can Benefiber Healthy Shape Fiber Power Cause Elevated BP?

I have never had a problem with high blood pressure....yesterday went to the dentist and it was 130/90 Then last night I donated blood they took my pressure before and it was 132/100 i went to walgreens a little bit ago and it was 142/100 I just went and walked....started using Benefiber healthy shape about 5 days ago was wondering if that could raise my pressure?

It would be worthwhile if you had mentioned your age in the history.Nevertheless, let me assure you that Benefiber which is a dietary fiber doesnot cause increase in the blood pressure.
Lately, If you are anxious and stressed out, I suggest you to modify your lifestyle.
A low sodium intake is also a step in the right direction.
