Can BenicarHCT Cause Emotional Imbalance?

My husband is 49 years old and being treated for high blood pressure. He is taking BenicarHCT 40mg-1daily/spironolactone 25mg-1/2 pill daily/diltiazem HCL ER 360mg-1 daily. My question is could the combination of these medicines cause any type of emotional problems?
