Can Betnovate-C Be Used For Removing Black Spots On Face?

I am 26 , I have dark circles under my eyes & having so many black spots on my face which is produced by the pimples .. I never used betnovate -c before.. One of my friend suggested me this cream .. So can I use it as a night cream on my face ?? Is there any side effect of this cream ??

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain Betnovate contains Betamethasone that is a steroid and although steroid based creams can be effective in rapidly reducing dark spots on face and dark circles under the eyes..
But in long term and even at times short term steroid based ointments can have deleterious effects over skin as well as can cause allergic reaction and can lead to itching, rashes, increased pigmentation, skin thinning and swollen veins under skin along with increased hair growth over the face.

I would therefore suggest you to start using steroid free topical treatment like washing your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E cream at night..
You can apply grape seed extract containing creams under the eyes to reduce dark circles.
Keep stress minimal and limit the use of laptops, mobiles etc..
You can also exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
You can put grated potato over the eyes as well as cucumber pieces..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
