Can Betnovate Be Used For Fissure Causing Painful Burning Sensation And Bleeding?

I m suffering fissures 6 months. Now problem is severe. Full pain bleeding burning sensation . Pain is not bearable. .. I will start Used to betnovate - Gm for fissure condition. Used or not for this condition . Betnovate gel apply to every 30 mints. This is correct or not. Please tell me

Hi.
As per your case history of fissures, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid spicy foods and excessive salty diet.
2. Apply a calcium dobisilate cream like Osil cream twice a day.
3. Betnovate can be used for symptomatic relief, but not for longer duration.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral NSAID given only after consulting a dermatologist.
