Can Buspirone Cause Panic Attack?

I've been on klonopin for years for panic attacks. Was just about to run out and had to go to a free clinic because job hubby worked at for 20+ years went bankrupt, we now have no insurance. Was prescribed Sertraline once a day which I took yesterday for the first time and Buspirone 1 tablet twice a day (as needed) which i did not take yesterday. Had a bad panic attack last night that lasted couple hours. Is it just me worrying to much about first day on new medicine or is this not a good substitute for kloopin. Woke up early this morning still have terrible quezzy stomach, hot prickly hands, tired, worried.
