Can C Endogest And T Mlconeuron Be Taken During Early Pregnancy?

Hello Dr,Chakravarthy..me wife is in 2 month of Pregnancy. we had a kid 1 year back. she went through major sergery at that time. I consulted to a doctor she suggested her to take C.endogest 200mg and t.mlconeuron. what will be your suggestion as i know its little early Pregnancy..

hi,she can continue with cap endogest 200 mg as it will help to support pregnancy and instead of tab meconeuron which is a combination of methylcobalamin,pyridoxine and folic acid she can switch to simple folic acid.the advantage of giving folic acid is to reduce chances of any malformations in the baby and complications in the mother.in no way is meconeuron superior to simple folic acid.take care.
