Can Calcium Tablets Be Given Along With Paralysis Medications?

my father is suffering from rt. hemiplegia, on massaging he got his right hip bone fractured. He can not be operated as he is paralysed.doctor gave calcium tablets, so kindly suggest me whether he can be given calcium tablets along with the medicines for paralysis.
