Can Cardicor Cause Recurrent Gout?

Hi, I have been taking Cardicor for high blood pressure for about a month, since this time I have had recurrent gout, is this related? Iam a 63 year old male, I am also taking Alopurinol and Doivan, which I have been taking for a long period. I should also add I have Porphyria, Thank you
