Can Cardura Be Taken By Women?

Is it safe for women to take Cardura? My doctor has prescribed it to take for the two weeks while I need to eliminate Losartan in preparation for taking a blood test to check aldosterone, renin, cortisol and metanephrine. I also take Propafenone, Carvedilol, Diltiazem, probiotics and D-Mannose. Thank you for your help.
