Can Carvedilol Be Taken More Than Twice A Day?
I am currently taking Amlodipine Besylate 2.5 m at bedtime, but am out of the Rx and unable to get to the pharmacy until tomorrow. Since I also take Carvadilol 3.25 mg at morning and noon, could I take one or two Carvadilol at bedtime JUST tonight? I will go to the pharmacy first thing tomorrow and get the Amoldipine.

No need to take the carvedilol at night time. You can skip the night dose of amlodipine without any substitution. Nothing will happen if you miss a single dose of amlodipine.
