Can Ceftum And Urispas Help With Scrotal Pain And Incomplete Voiding?

Age : 55 , Ht 5ft 8 inches , Wt 90 kg I have aching pain in my scrotum when I urine. I also feel the urine flow is incomplete everytime I pass urine. I have been taking Veltam-F ( tamsulosin0.4+Finasteride 5 mg) , I am recommended to take CEFTUM for 5 days & Urispas.Will this help?
