Can Cenesten Creanm Cause The Lips To Be Black?

I was prescribed canesten cream for my breasts after following a suspected case of mastitis and possible thrush (was breastfeeding). On the same day I started using the medication, my lips became extremely dry and by the next day were swollen. Once the swelling had gone down my lips had turned black. Its been over 4 weeks now and my lips are still black. Could this be linked to the canesten cream AND is there anything I can do about my lips?
