Can Cetirizine Be Taken While On Lisinopril?

I am a type 2 diabetic and I take Metformin and I take lisinpriol. I have been prescribed Cephalexin for a urinary tract infection as well as for an upper respiratory infection. I want to know if I can take my allergy medicine as well, Its Cetirizine .

There is no known interaction between Cetirizine and Lisinopril by an evidence base.
