Can Cipla-Actin Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hy..doctor I want to knw that it safe to take the cipla actin cs am pregnant and am 2months..and I dnt have appitite at all..and I feel tied always..and sometimes I have period pains, and hadache...nd am HIV positive..so what can I do cs each and everyday I lose weight.MY QUESTION IS WHAT CAN I DO.AND IT IS SAVE TO TAKE THE CIPLA ACTIN?

Cipla - Actin is having cyproheptadine.
Cyproheptadine is centrally acting (acts on brain) appetite stimulant.
It increases appetite and oral intake.
And it is 100% safe in pregnancy.
So no need to worry. You can take Cipla - Actin syrup without fearing about fetal damage.
And in HIV patient, it is better to go for cesarean section than normal delivery.
