Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is always to avoid alcohol when you or psychiatric drugs. Alcohol may potentiates the effects of SSRI and can result in adverse reactions. Same is with marijuana and complications are more likely. Decreased libido is rare and it won’t be permanent. You can wean of from SSRI easily and it won’t produce any withdrawal symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
