Can Cipralex Cause Pressure In Chest, Breathlessness And Dizzy Spells?

I am a 37 year old woman who had my second child 10 and a half months ago. For the last month or so, I have been experiencing pressure in my chest on the left side which sometimes makes me feel like I can't catch my breath. I have also had dizzy spells on and off. I am currently on 20mg of Cipralex for PPD. My blood pressure has always been normal. I am wary of going to my doctor unncessarily.
