Can Cipralex Cause Shortness Of Breath And Soreness In Neck?

Hi I have been on Cipralex for 3 months and I have been having shortness of breath my neck is really sore and my shoulders from trying to take a nice deep breath just wondering if the meds are causing these symtoms I am 57 about 112 pds have Celiac and osteporosis Please help
