Can Cipro Be Taken When On Medication For Parkinson S Disease?

A friend is taking Cipro for UTI. He also takes meds for Parkinson s Disease. Recently, he has developed serious weakness in his legs ---is unable to walk. Could there be any interaction between the 2 conditions &/or meds? My email is YYYY@YYYY Thanks, Marian McConnell
