Can Ciprofloxacin And Nortriptyline Be Taken Together?

Hi, I have a sinus infection. My doctor prescribed me with Ciprofloxacin 750 mg in the past for the same sinus infection. I got sick down in New Orleans and with it being Sunday I am not able to get into my doctor. I have ciprofloxacin now, is it okay to take it today? I am also taking Nortriptyline at night time. Should I stop taking this medication if I start the antibiotic?

xraypns should be done and if sign of sinositis then antrum wash out should be done. treatment of sinositis without confirming infection and sensitivity test is not proper. so follow the procedure.
