Can Clexane Injections Be Taken To Prevent Miscarriage?

my specialist has prescribed clexane injections as a miscarriage preventitive from 6-20wks of pregnancy.

Is there a negative side to starting injections earlier?

I have lost 4 at around the 6wk mark and was wondering if starting when i got a positive test might put me more at ease
