Can Clingen Tablets Advance The Menstrual Periods?

hi .. i have vaginal rashes so when i consulted the gynac she gave me clingen tablets, i took the 1st dose last night and this morning i got my periods . My periods date is 22nd of this month and i have got it 7 days early, is this because of the tablet? or is it a side effect?
