Can Combiflam Be Taken During Periods?
I get severe back ache during my periods, a very tolerable pain and discomfort. Is it advisable to take Combiflam atleast one or 2 tablet a day during periods, as the pain is unbearable. Does it have any major side effects, as I am scared of the same?

Thanks for writing in HCM.
Combiflam is Ibuprofen and Paracetamol combination. It is an analgesic drug. You can take it safely during periods for back pain what you are facing. Kindly take it after food as it is known to cause gastric irritation.
Also take calcium supplementation for 15 days as you might be having calcium deficiency as well.
You can apply tropical analgesic gel containing Diclofenac for better relief of pain.
