Can Combiflam Tablet Be Taken With Coumadin Tablet?

Hi, I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Embolism and DVT a month ago. I am now on Coumadin. I suffer from acute body aches especially in my back and shoulders, and Tylenol doesn't help much.My question is, can I take combiflam (a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen) once in a while? How badly does it interact with coumadin?
