Can Corcium Plus And Stablon Be Taken After Having A Knee Ligament Tear?

hii i m 53yrs old,female .in jan i met an accident n as aresult i got my knee ligaments tear.,n neck sprain.i was on rest n excercises but still pain is thr.m still under physiotherapy.dr has said to undergo orthoscopy if nt improved.alongwith m undergoing stress since long becz of sum personal reasons as a result my son got worryd n consulted sum dr n he adviced for corcium plus and stablon and ensure powdr.shud i start taking these suppliments as recently last month i have been diagonised thelessmania minor. and also explain abt thelessmania minor.i m worried abt the same n hasnt disclosed this to anybody.i have 2 sons ,elder got married just 7months ago n othr is graduate.dr has told me to get tested abt my sons too but m scared to disclose.plz tell me wht to do?
