Can Coumadin Tablet Cause Muscle Spasm In Arms?

I am taking coumadin and am experiencing muscle spasm in my left forearm. Is it possible that I am having a reaction to the medication? I spent 10 hours driving on Tuesday, and the pain appeared last evening which was two days after the long drive. Is it possible that the driving could have triggered the pain or am I having a drug reaction?
