Can Cyclopam Be Given To A Child For Treating Flatulence And Stomach Pain?

Hi Doctor, My daughter 7 years old, 20 Kgs, has stomach pain from last two days with mild fever. I have started giving her Crocin DS 7 mg. Still she is not able to recover, I see she complains of gastric kind of pain and is fine after farting. With there conditions she is on poor appetite. She generally consumes lot of chilli/and this problem does not look like a indigestion problem. Can you please suggest if i can start using Cyclopam for her, if so in what dosage?
