Can Cytotec Cause Any Side Effects During Pregnancy?

I found out that i was pregnant, maybe at least a month or so... i was so afraid that i decided to abort the baby, cytotec tablet was inserted in my vagina but nothing happened, now i wanted to continue my pregnancy, what are the risk of the baby getting defects..please tell me. i desperately want to know.
