Can DES Cause Nasal Malformation?

I m a DES daughter and just turned 59 and have been diagnosed with a malformed internal nasal opening. ENT suggested I need a vestibular stenosis repair but Coventry Health considers it experimental/investigative. Seems to be getting harder and harder to breath the older I get. Because of the DES, I ve had cervical issues and wonder if the nasal malformation might be a result of that Thanks, Jean

hello, thanks for your query, vestibular stenosis causing crust formation or nasal blockage, needs to be evaluated with other granulomatous disorders like tuberculosis , rhinosceroma, rhinospordiasis. in severe cases rhinoplasty is the choice. hope I have answered tot query. all the best. take care.
