Can Decadron And Z-Pak Drug Interaction Cause Rise In Blood Sugar Levels?

Can a dose of Decadron steroid, given for a nasty sinus infection in conjunction with a z-pack, raise blood sugar to 320? How concerned about the 320 should I be? I m not diabetic, but my husband is which is why I was able to check it. I m feeling jittery with a headache.

dear patient, i advice you to stop decadron immediatly as your sugar levels have increased to very high levels because of the side effect of decadron. you need to go to emergency and get insulin shot to get your sugar levels around 120-140.
