Can Depo Shots Cause Fever And Headache?

3 days ago i got my shot and that day i wasnt able to eat anything i am feeling sick and a non stop head ach no matter what i take it wont go away ive also have a low grade fever 99.7, 99.8 its killin me and i was wondering if this may be related to the depo shot.?
