Can Deviry Cause Acne On Skin?

hi, i had been taken isotretinoin for past 1 and half years which was recommended by my skin doctor...now as the dosage of isotretinoin went on decreasing in the last 3-4 months , i started experiencing the length of my periods became bit shorter..so got an checkup from an gynaecologist who recommended me deviry 10mg and obimet sr 500mg. now i m worried about its side effects. can they cause acne to my skin. what should i do ..please suggest.
