Can Diclac Be Substituted With Buscopan?

hello i was perscibed medication last nite in hospital called diclac
but it seems be burning my tummy shouls i stop as its making me feel sick,
i took one at 8.00 2nite it is now 01.04
can i take buscapan as it will eae the pain for me thanku docter
