Hi,
I've gone through your query and I understand quite well your concern.
I would not recommend aspirin taken with diclofenac because first it can irritate your stomach and may increase the risk of developing gastrointestinal ulcers and some small bleeds. You should be monitored frequently by your doctor.
They may not help if you take them at the same time because diclofenac can reduce the effect of aspirin, which protects you against the heart stroke. So it impairs the cardioprotective effect of the aspirin.

But, If you should take them together, Diclofenac should be taken over 8 hours before or at least 30 minutes after immediate-release aspirin.

Hope this was helpful to you
