Can Dihydrocodeine 30mg Cause Any Problem During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor i'm 13 weeks pregnant and taken 20-25 30mg dihydracodiene Tablets for about a year now. I'v been in touch with my doctor and she has contacted the cdps i am more than willing to come off these priscription drugs as i only started taken them after going through 3 brain operations through contracting brain abcesses. And they are ruining my life I'm so scared of the damage that could already be done to my unborn child. But i can't stop on my own as i feel really unwell. What should i do and can these drugs cause lasting damage even if i am able to get myself off them before my child is born?
