Can Doxycycline Or Roaccutane Cure PCOD?

Dear Dr, I have been diagnosted PCOD recently and it worries me. My period are regular so my gyneacologist asked me to return on my 21st day of period for more examination I supposed, I am not sure...
Meanwhile I developped acne around cheeks and neck area. my dermatologist prescribed me Doxycycline or Roaccutane before knowing that I have PCOD. I did start taking them yet. Are they appropriate for this decease?
