Can Dronis 24 Be Taken For Regularising Menstrual Cycles?

I am 38 and not having periods fm last 3 months my Dr,got all the tests and report comes as i m moving towards premature menapouse, and she prescribed me dronis24 for regularising my cycle, plz let me know is it safe any side effects in future and how long it to be taken
