Can Duphaston And Metformin Alone Regulate Periods Caused By PCOD?

I have been disgonised with PCOD and my periods went irregular after marriage. I usualy get it from 32 -- 42 days. I was trying for pregnancy for the past 1 yr and went to a gynec sicne I ddint get conceived . She suggested Letroz ( day 3 - 5)/HCG on 14th day combined with metformin (all 30 days) and Dupahston (day 16 -28) and we tried for 4 months. I didnt acheive pregnancy inspite of ovulation and well grown follicles. Now I have stopped all the tablets and we thought of giving a break and try normally for 2 months. I would love to have my preriods regularise and I thought 3 months of dupahston and metformin would regularise my periods. Am 35 days now and still didnt get my periods. Am very slim and does not have weight gain or facial hair. If Dupahston and metformin didnt regulate my periods , then what Can you sugegst to have it regularied by itself ?
