Can Duphaston And Proluton Cause Any Side Effects During Pregnancy?

I am 4 weeks pregnant and just had my 1st consult yesterday (July 7,2010). my doctor prescribed duphaston (10mg) and said that this is safe. . I was prescribed to take 2 tab 3x daily.He also gave me IM PROLUTON 250MG
I just need reassurance that this is indeed safe and will not cause any fetal death or fetal damage.
is the dosage safe enough?
